The short version: we collect only what you send us, use it only to reply to you, and never sell it.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the snapshot request form: your name, job title, organization, organization type, website address and email, plus your phone number, population served and message if you choose to include them.
Why we collect it
To prepare your free accessibility snapshot and to reply to you. We won't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to.
How it's handled
When you submit the form, it passes through Cloudflare, which hosts this website, and is delivered to our inbox by an email delivery service. [ROB: name the email delivery service once chosen in Phase 4] We keep your message in our email and delete it on request.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent or trade your information.
- We don't use cookies.
- We don't use advertising or tracking tools.
Site statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page visits. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't collect personal information and doesn't follow you to other websites.
